The International Schools Association of Thailand (ISAT) warmly invites schools committed to promoting excellence in international education to join its distinguished community.

By becoming an ISAT member, your school will connect with a network dedicated to upholding high standards, ethical practices, and outstanding student learning outcomes.

This overview outlines our transparent and structured application process.

Eligibility Overview

To be considered for membership, schools are required to meet key fundamental requirements. These include holding a valid license issued by the Ministry of Education of Thailand for operating as an international school, being currently operational with enrolled students and teaching staff present on campus, and complying with the Ministry of Education's quality assurance and accreditation standards, locally and internationally.

Additionally, schools must ensure adherence to their own internal policies and conduct themselves in ways that positively reflect the esteemed reputation of ISAT member schools.

ISAT recognizes two classifications of membership:

Full Member: Schools that have achieved candidate status or received full accreditation from an overseas agency or ONESQA, and maintain active, recognized accreditation.

Candidate Member: Schools that are in the early stages of the accreditation process, typically those that have been operating for up to five years. Your acceptance into membership and the designation of your status will be contingent upon the accreditation status of the applicant during our review process.

We strive to ensure a clear and transparent membership application process, which consists of six key stages:
