Crystal Hall B
The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok
The International Schools Association of Thailand (ISAT) is pleased to host a two-day professional development workshop.
Building on the success of Dr. Derrick Gay’s keynote at ISAT’s 30th Anniversary Gala, this workshop will equip teachers, counselors, and administrators with practical strategies to cultivate school cultures grounded in dignity and respect.
In today’s diverse international school communities, fostering a sense of belonging is essential. This workshop will explore how Eastern and Western cultural perspectives influence experiences of inclusion and belonging.
Using Dr. Gay’s framework, “Fostering Cultures of Dignity and Respect,” participants will develop the intercultural competencies needed to ensure that all students and colleagues can thrive as informed and compassionate global citizens.
