The International Schools Association of Thailand (ISAT) is pleased to host a two-day professional development workshop for ISAT member schools. Building on the success of Dr. Derrick Gay’s keynote at ISAT's 30th Anniversary Gala, this workshop will provide teachers, counselors, and administrators with practical strategies to create school cultures rooted in dignity and respect.

In today's diverse international school communities, fostering a sense of belonging is essential. This workshop will examine how both Eastern and Western cultural norms shape experiences of inclusion.

Grounded in Dr. Gay’s model, "Fostering Cultures of Dignity and Respect," participants will gain the intercultural competencies needed to support all students and colleagues in thriving as informed global citizens.
